Soleada’s Story
Soleada Collective was created from the belief that women deserve to feel connected — to themselves, to others, and to the world around them. Founded by Sophie, a psychotherapist with international experience, Soleada was built to offer something more expansive than traditional therapy: a space that supports the whole person, encourages honest reflection, and centres care that feels both meaningful and accessible.
We’re based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, offering in-person therapy and events for our local community — as well as online therapy, workshops, and digital gatherings for those further afield. Because feeling supported shouldn’t depend on where you live.
The name Soleada comes from Spanish and means a woman who shines from within — someone who embodies her inner sunshine. That meaning runs through everything we do: creating opportunities to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, intentional, and true.
Soleada is more than a therapy practice. Through one-to-one sessions, workshops, talks, events, and storytelling, we offer space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Radiance
Radiance is all about self-connection: the inner light that comes from being rooted in who you truly are. It’s not about impressing others, but about embracing authenticity and moving through life with inner confidence.

Nourishment is about cultivating a positive relationship with food and caring for your mind, body, and soul. It’s making a conscious choice to listen to what your whole self needs, instead of leaning into diet culture which is often disguised as ‘wellness’.

Embodiment
Embodiment is about tuning into your body’s wisdom and somatic experience, beyond just appearance. It means turning inward to notice how you feel, move, and connect with yourself on a deeper level. Embodiment creates space for a compassionate and grounded relationship with your body.
It deepends through presence, curiosity, and gentle awareness; it invites you to be fully here, in both your body and your life.

Balance is about finding steadiness amidst life’s ups and downs. It’s learning to understand and regulate your emotions, so they don’t take over. This creates space for calm, clarity, and resilience.
It strengthens through self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and practices that support you in returning to yourself when life feels overwhelming.
