The focus of sessions is to increase self-awareness so that you can make conscious choices that align with your core values & morals. The aim is to connect your potential and how things currently are for you together.
We’ll collaboratively look at the here and now whilst reflecting on how your past has impacted this. Whilst therapy focuses on understanding the past and healing trauma, coaching places more emphasis on the present.
Coaching is all about change and action.
