Meet Sophie, psychotherapist & founder.
Sophie’s therapist journey began nearly a decade ago near Savannah, Georgia, where she earned her master’s degree. Her therapeutic work with clients across cultures and countries is at the heart of Soleada today.
Soleada Collective was created to be more than a therapy practice—because healing happens not just in the therapy room, but in everyday moments of connection.
Inspired by Spain and Latin America, Sophie dreams of hosting retreats that blend therapy, culture, and travel—the very essence of Soleada.
